J/Rock Automations - Terms and Conditions1. Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of automation services provided by J/Rock Automations ("Provider") to the Client ("Client"). By engaging the Provider for any service, the Client agrees to these terms.
2. Services and Scope
Provider offers three core service tiers: Entry, Core, and Scale. Each tier has distinct deliverables and limitations:
2.1 QuickFix Automation (€397 ex btw)
Single, high-impact automation (1 trigger → 1 outcome, up to 5 steps)
Max 2 tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable)
No advanced logic (no branching, filters, error handling, or AI)
Includes a 5–10 minute Loom walkthrough and a PDF/Notion handoff doc
72-hour break-fix guarantee post-handoff
Scope is limited to a single process, no integrations outside the defined tools
2.2 Smart Systems Efficiency Setup (€2450 ex btw)
3 custom workflows, totalling up to 15 automations
Up to 4 integrated tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable, Slack, Notion)
Includes logic filters, conditional steps, and error handling
Internal AI Assistant and dashboard setup if required
Delivery workshop (live or Loom), documentation, and training
2 weeks of premium support post-handoff
Maximum scope defined in project proposal
2.3 Scale - Ongoing Support and Add-Ons
Monthly retainer (€500/mo ex btw): 1 micro-automation, optimization, 2 async support requests
Add a New Workflow (€950 ex btw): Full end-to-end automation (up to 3 Zaps/Scenarios)Add a Micro-Automation (€297 ex btw): Lightweight automations (1–2 steps)Excludes full workflow rebuilds, multi-tool integrations, and AI logic unless specified3. Payment and Invoicing
All services are billed upfront and non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Timely access to necessary tools, accounts, and documentation.
Prompt communication for project scoping and approvals.
All required data, permissions, and access credentials must be provided before work begins.
5. Support and Maintenance
Entry: 72-hour break-fix guarantee
Core: 2 weeks of premium support via Slack or WhatsApp
Scale: Ongoing support as per chosen plan
Support includes bug fixes, minor tweaks, and simple workflow adjustments, but excludes major rebuilds or structural changes unless agreed upon.
6. Limitations of Service
No guarantee of specific outcomes or financial gains.
Provider is not responsible for third-party tool outages or API changes.
Client agrees to maintain their own backups and data integrity.
7. Intellectual Property
All automations, documentation, and code remain the property of the Provider until full payment is received.
Client receives a perpetual, non-transferable license to use the delivered automations for internal business use.
8. Termination and Refunds
Services may be terminated by either party with written notice.
Refunds are only available if work has not commenced or if a significant breach of these terms occurs.
9. Liability and Indemnity
Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of provided services.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless against any claims related to the use of delivered automations.
10. Amendments and Updates
Provider reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided to active clients.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Provider is registered.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the invoice or continuing to use the services, the Client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
